Trade fair stand
At a trade fair stand, exhibitors use screens, LED walls and terminals to demonstrate products, attract visitors and support conversations.
The equipment is usually rented and set up and dismantled within a few days.
A large LED wall draws attention from across the hall, while smaller screens show product films, configurators or presentations for meetings. Terminals capture contacts or provide product information. At trade fairs, screens also carry the programme: talks, rooms and times.
Trade fairs are short and tightly scheduled. Content must be ready beforehand and tested on the devices, as the network in exhibition halls is often overloaded. Players should be able to run offline. Volume is often limited by the fair's rules, and music on the stand must be licensed. Brightness must suit the hall lighting, and cables must not create trip hazards. Spare devices and copies of the content on a storage medium belong to the equipment.
