The wall display in the waiting area switches language every eight seconds
The KAS Control queue system handles up to 20 languages per organisation. German is always among them.
Kapaso solution: KAS Control is made by the publisher of this magazine.

In many citizens' offices and medical practices, some visitors do not speak German. A display that only knows "Bitte zu Platz 3" is no help to them. KAS Control, the queue system made by Kapaso, deals with this on the wall display at a fixed rhythm: every eight seconds the labelling switches to the next language.
German, English and Turkish are ready-made in the system. An organisation adds further languages itself, using a code of its own choosing. The upper limit is 20 languages per organisation. German is always included and cannot be removed.
The terms can be adjusted for each language as well. An office that calls its desks "counters" enters the word once for each language.
For planning, this means: the more languages rotate, the longer it takes for one's own to come round again. With three languages it is 16 seconds, with six already 40. It pays to show on the wall display only the languages that are really needed in the waiting area.
